Local player returns home!

January 11, 2019 - Edson Aeros President and General Manager, Axel Axmann, is extremely proud to announce that Edson’s own Brian Bailer has signed with the Edson Aeros!

Brian is a product of the Edson Minor Hockey system and has recently played for the Canmore Eagles of the Alberta Junior Hockey League. Bailer is a big, strong defenceman at 6’ 5” and 190 lbs.

Bailer played his minor hockey in Edson graduating to the Midget AA program in Whitecourt and then moving on to the Sicamous Eagles of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League. Brian has played with the Canmore Eagles since the beginning of the season.

“We’re very excited to have Brian come join us for the remainder of the season and he’ll play a big part in the second half push towards the playoffs”, says Coach Lynch.
