Cold Lake Aeros Schedule Release 2021/2022

The Cold Lake Aeros Junior A Hockey Club is excited to release its schedule for the 2021/2022 season!

The schedule will see the Aeros play 20 home games at the Imperial Oil Arena in the amazing Cold Lake Energy Centre and 4 Showcase games in Las Vegas in the month of December. Within the 20 home games, we will be hosting two teams from our United States Northwest Division in March, 2022 (stay tuned for details). 

Regular season action begins October 29th, when the Aeros host the visiting Edmonton Eagles. The Eagles are a new team within the Provincial Division of the Western States Hockey League and all indications point to them being a very good hockey club. We’re looking forward to the challenge!

All regular season games will be televised on Black Dog Hockey. For our out of town fans, you will be able to get your subscription at https://www.bdehockey.com/home.php as soon as it becomes available. 

Pre-season games are still being worked on and we should have an announcement on those within the next week. 

The Cold Lake Aeros will  be implementing the Alberta Government’s “COVID-19 Restriction Exemption” program. Until further notice, all spectators at the Cold Lake Energy Centre aged 12 and over will be required to show proof of one of the following for entry, effective September 20, 2021:

Full COVID-19 vaccination

Negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid test, from a paid private testing provider, taken within 48 hours of the games start time.  Masks for all spectators will still be required, as per Alberta Health Services policy.

Either electronic or paper immunization records will be accepted. Albertans’ immunization records are easily viewed online and available on cell phones through MyHealthRecords or by downloading the MyHealthRecords app.

Season tickets are now on sale at www.aeroshockey.ca/tickets and will be available until October 28th, 2021.  Individual game ticket purchases will be available shortly.
