Aeros add a local player to the team

The Edson Aeros are pleased to announce the signing of local talent, Alex Mercer!

Mercer comes to us from the Leduc Oil Kings Minor Midget AAA program where he played in 22 games last season. 

Alex tells Coach Bernie Lynch and Assistant Coach Tayler McCallum that he is 100% committed to putting in the hard work required to play at this level and hopes to help the team succeed.

With the effort shown, coaches feel that he has what it takes and they look forward to seeing his progress! 

Previous to his time with the Oil Kings, Alex played with the Whitecourt Wolverines AA program.
